Today in the study-breaks i'm very unleash xD now i want to show you how you can prepare this cake in a very simple way..last weekend i have made 3 in 3 days and so it was my ispiration for this posts cause usually everyone like it :D and it is also so light because my recipe is without eggs (or i should say my mom's recipe) and with margarine and no butter..let's start!
- 300 g di farina / 300g floor
- 200 g di margarina / 200g margarine
- 100 g di zucchero / 100g sugar
- un vaso di marmellata / a jam pot
- limone grattuggiato / lemon crumbs
Now i try to write it in english i'm so sorry i've never written a recipe before XD
Put in a bowl margarine, floor, sugar and lemon crumbs and mix them with the object in figura 2 (i don't know how do you call it in english) and mix as long as you obtain a yellow and compact result. In the same time in a pot heat the jam with a little bit of water. Take a baking tray and butter it with margarine and floor, take the pastry and put it in the baking tray and create the base and the edges of the cake. Done the base, put the jam into the cake. To finish with the left pastry you can decorate as i have done, with stamps and not with the ordinary crisscross stripes (figura 2). Put it in oven 200° for 45-50 minutes and there is your cake (figura 3)!! :D
